      Subsidized cafeteria, engagement opportunities, great place for career growth for college grads

      Cons

      While there is a lot of training available on their intranet, it is difficult to navigate and there isn't a lot of individual training or manuals for the specific job. It is a learn-as-you-go environment with not a lot of leeway for mistakes.

      You’ll get to work on cool projects and take on real responsibilities right away. The compensation is competitive and the raises are above industry standards. Lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      Minimum 10 hours days and occasional Saturday work. No real training, and very much a sink or swim cultures
