9yThank you for your feedback! We agree, we work with great customers and we also appreciate your comment on a respectful work environment, that is something we are very proud of. An environment where everyone challenges the status quo and innovates, but does it in a respectful manner.
The vision at Koch has remained consistent, to create value for society and to do so utilizing resources most efficiently. We apply our MBM business philosophy to innovate, improve, and transform ourselves to create greater value for our customers and greater fulfillment for employees. As our Chairman & CEO recently stated, with the rapidly changing nature of business through technology advancement, “virtually everyone’s role will change.” As a part of this change we have to ensure employees fully embrace emerging technology and practice all of our guiding principles, especially change, principled entrepreneurship, and value creation.
