      1.Latest technologies. 2.Good hikes (If you really work hard) 3,Regular connects with managers 4.Spot Bonus

      Cons

      The only Cons I have seen is calling employee to office during covid-19.Still very less people are vaccinated and they have started calling people to office. Please call those who really need to be in office. People are putting more efforts to therework from home as well
