Supervisors in general that are put in the position are incompetent. There are some good ones, but most are out of touch completely from a technical standpoint as well as what their team is all about and the work they do. Most find this completely disrespectful and also creates a hostile environment. Employees would be fired if they did this, so why does management or CEO think its OK?
