4 on 4 off schedule is nice

Cons

Safety when it’s convenient type of company. Management is ok with operators getting into a lock box and moving locks to set up the next shift for failure. Safety rules bent and broken daily and management turns a blind eye to it.

Formally a good name, used to have good traders. Good experience for analysts.

Cons

Good traders leaving. No formal compensation structure leaves too much uncertainty. No longer pays for talent. Cult-like mentality around CEO.
