      None. It’s okay if you just need a role ASAP

      The company is stuck in the past. Salary is not competitive, Upward mobility is based on favorites and not work product.

      Koch Business Solutions is good company but there are chances of imporvement.

      Pros

      Lots of work, but un-organized. One of World's largest private company. Infrastructure is impressive.

      Cons

      No Work Life Balance, though they talk a lot on this topic. Typical Lala Company (But company is from US). No transparency in Yearly review. Clients are very rude.
