Pros

People are great, the company takes care of its employees with pay and benefits, lots of travel opportunities.

Cons

Everyday added more work than could be completed. They run so lean there are major capacity issues and bottlenecks which slow everything down. Either expectations were unrealistically demanding given total workload , or people were too comfortable accepting things would always be late. But the pay and work were very fun!

Great culture and people, hard working individuals to make great machines / products and solutions.

Cons

Often need 100% consensus to move things forward which can stall projects (but is also a pro since the company has a clear direction when a decision is made).
