      Pros

      Great company to work for in terms of work life balance, people, pace of work, and the personable support you feel at work. Company protects its employees in time of economic crisis, and rarely cuts jobs or eliminates roles because of external economic factors.

      Cons

      If you are driven for career growth, its a short ceiling. Limited high management roles, prevents from continuous growth. At some point you reach a ceiling not because of performance but because of opportunities. Need to wait for some one to retire, or change roles.
