The culture is the #1 reason to work here, great people and company philosophy. Benefits are also outstanding with very generous 401k matching, LEED gold certified building(Milwaukee), top quality equipment (computers, Herman Miller office furniture, etc).

Cons

Large company, lots of red tape, some glacial processes.

Pros

Great workforce. All have great team spirit. Willing to help. Good location (moving to new facility in 2023). Average salaries for roles. Company pension.

Cons

Workshop outdated. Some areas not up to good standard. Seemingly high turnover of staff. Poor senior management. Believe their way is the only way, say the right things but rarely follow them up...bordering on dictatorship. Very impatient. Quite a few sackings that I know of.
