Large, stable company with really interesting products. They are market leaders. Good opportunities for functional experts. Competitive benefits

Cons

When I was there, the company was still working through the integration of Joy Global into the rest of Komatsu so there were some growing pains. I'm sure most of those have been worked out by now.
