      1. Slow hiring process. 2. Irrelevant questions were asked during HR session. 3. Offered a package which was less than my current salary package. 4. Arrogant behavior of management.

      New facility and implemented a hybrid work life WFH and office

      Cons

      Micro-managed is big part of the culture and difficult to move up as they have a lateral system that seems to keep you from getting compensated compared to the competition and similar role.
