      Not bad benefits, coffee in the office, nice new office, gym fee covered by the company

      Depending on your position, but you almost have to work overtime in order to keep up with the workload, most decisions need to be approved in Japan which can be time-consuming and cumbersome. Not a lot of opportunities for lateral movement within the company.
