      Pros

      Quality products with good service quality, like any other Japanese MNCs.

      Cons

      Seniority system not taking into account one's capability. Culture tends to victimize those who don't speak out. Management quality and style very rooted; reward only those who are 'Yes' men; they do not accept 'No' and does not listen

      Good benefits, overall friendly work atmosphere

      Cons

      Asian management does not value American management input and does not even try to pretend like they do. Some issues are ignored because culturally it is easier to ignore the issue than try to correct it. This negatively impacts morale.
