      There is free gym membership at headquarters

      Cons

      Idiot management..they sit around and sign off on purchases doing nothing for anyone else. Front help desk is manned by extreme liberal , quite unprofessional woman who makes comments behind everyone's backs and excuses about why she cant help you .

      Pros

      Pay is generous. Contractors are almost always made permanent. Working conditions are flexible for white collar roles. Business is booming. Progressive technology products.

      Cons

      Regional offices have little influence at head office level. There is favouritism based on gender, race, nationality, religion. IT services are the worst I've seen in corporate. There's no accountability. Everyone is surging forewards, like our motto, but in different directions. It's not uncommon to have two simultaneous problems to achieve the same thing, as staff can be stubborn and just waste resources instead of choosing to collaborate. Beware, if you come into this business with enthusiasm and passion, you may struggle to find they're actually welcome. This place can turn great people into average performers really quickly.

      Pros

      Nothing better. Komatsu provide minimal benefit and paycheck.

      Cons

      No motivation, leadership, regulation in Komatsu. No overtime and double time and even no straight time when you are working weekend and holiday. but you got high pressure working in holiday and weekends.
