      Compensation and benefits are good but professional development is not.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are in line with position. Recent policy change on telecommuting and flexible work schedule a plus. Lean staff allows for work with many departments due to a wide range of responsibilities.

      Cons

      Employee development is poor. Management personnel are not developed to be managers of people. Lean work environment helps ensure job security but creates frustration. Managers work to complete tasks rather than company goals.

      decent compensation, nice building and technology, free coffee, company events,Depending on your manager it could be a better place to work

      long hours, very limited direction from manager, poor culture, absolutely zero internal promotion opportunities, no work from home options, Very unlucky with my manager, was lied to in my interview
