Pros
If you have no jobs and don't really care about your career development, or you are desperate for a job like me when I applied for this company, you can get in pretty easily knowing that you can communicate at a basic business level in Japanese
Cons
I have to work 8 hours of overtime to take one day of paid leave, and if I take 5 consecutive days off, my bonus will be significantly reduced. Note that I informed the employer over a month in advance, expecting them to adjust the workload accordingly. However, I was shocked to learn that my bonus would be reduced by such a significant amount, despite performing at least as well, if not better, than a colleague with the same experience and skill level.
