      Not the worst company, but not the best either

      Pros

      Decent pay scale, day shift only with half shift on Friday's, extra holiday time as you work 37.75hrs a week but paid for 37 with the extra .75 giving you a extra week of time off (when the company says, usually coinciding with October kids holidays), lots of internal job openings

      Cons

      "Boy's club" in the sense most internal jobs seem to be promised to people, management doesn't seem to want to change, no clear direction with the company

      Nice new modern offices Some people great to work with or for

      Salary middle of the road Management are bad at their jobs HR turn blind eye rather you sorted problems yourself Some managers talk to their staff like children. Talking down to them Some shout out loud to tell their staff off or to point out they’re wrong Director condescending. Managers get told to stop treating staff like dirt. But they never get warnings, demoted or even sacked! Massive turn over of staff mostly due to bad management
