I was so excited to join Komatsu South Africa and contribute to my best abilities however I experienced bullying, discrimination and worst experience from Finance management which led to my health deteriorating, when I resigned they rejected my resignation with the intention to frustrate and bully me even more. The inequality in this place is scary there are people who have 30 days notice period and some have three months and they are in the same job level not even senior or management level. Finance Management treats people like trash and they have been getting away with it for the longest time . At some point I was told when to go and not to go to the restroom, I would receive texts after working hours even on weekends from my manager, even when I was on holiday he would text me constantly at some point he instructed us to clean up after him after his meeting in the boardroom and left it messy.
