Pros

> Relatively good working atmosphere with people who have been in the industry for decades. > Flexibility on the working pattern > Lots of industry knowledge as most people have been in the coal mines previously.

Cons

> Outdated working practices (version system, lack of CI/CD, no integrated testing harness, manual testing) > No real innovation in software or hardware. "Don't touch it till it brakes" vibe. > Not much room to grow career wise. Apart from senior that's it.
