      GREAT TEAM - POOR MANAGEMENT

      Pros

      Great workforce. All have great team spirit. Willing to help. Good location (moving to new facility in 2023). Average salaries for roles. Company pension.

      Cons

      Workshop outdated. Some areas not up to good standard. Seemingly high turnover of staff. Poor senior management. Believe their way is the only way, say the right things but rarely follow them up...bordering on dictatorship. Very impatient. Quite a few sackings that I know of.

      Decent pay at the beginning of the job. Always learning something new.

      Cons

      Management is the number 1 problem. Especially, in the Longview location. They are very clickish and if you get on a managers bad side you WILL be fired. They call the group in Longview the “lunch bunch”. Management has no problem screaming at you and pointing blame. HR is no help because he is is member of the “lunch bunch” if you complain about a manager you will be fired. They will retaliate against you if you question. I also don’t understand how someone who operated a dry cleaners makes their way to being a manager.
