      1. need to serve Minimum 2 years bond otherwise you have to pay 1 Million to the company (depend on remaining period) 2. Compulsary 2 month notice period after bonding period otherwise salary or provident fund will be deducted. 3. IOS, Android developers sometime were forced to work in .net or power bi or any other technology. 4. not following proper native technoligies like in mobile apps they are using web view on all of their apps Native just integrating web view. 5. Quaterly evaluation criteria is not lenient
