      Pros

      Awesome work facilities. Paid for a volleyball league. Food was subsidized from cafeteria so cheaper than average in Milwaukee.

      Cons

      IT team does not spend a lot of time in the office so had a lot of down time where I felt like I wasn't being productive. I did leverage that downtime to become a database administrator for salesforce.
