      Lean company with excellent job security and loyalty. Get to learn multiple areas of the business and grow your skill set exponentially.

      Cons

      "A Komatsu vacation" is a term thrown around a lot. Even if on vacation or holiday, it is expected to be available to answer calls and emails. Work life balance needs improvement.

      stable company, really good health benefits for personal and family, low individual competitiveness, really good work life balance

      slow career movement, very bad performance evaluation is very subjective and not really based on performance.
