Thank you for your review. Part-time employees are not eligible for the same benefits as full-time employees. Schedules are produced every two weeks in advance and a calendar of publishing dates is available. If you would like to discuss further or need assistance with finding correct information, please email interpretercommunications@languageline.com.
There were a lot of good interactions and you´re able to help someone go through a process that otherwise would be very very difficult
Cons
Most customers did not want to use the service but they had to so they seemed very annoyed and were very rude.

It's a remote position. The training is good, and the instructors take time to teach you.
Cons
I am hired at 15 an hour and I won't get a raise anytime soon, definitely on the lower spectrum of the pay scale for being bilingual.
