The two best reasons to work for Lowe's would have to be the fact that there is good job security plus the money you make per hour is pretty decent also. On average you get paid a 2-4 dollars more then the state minimum.

Sales floor employees are given the opportunity to bonus each month depending on the sales in their individual departments. Employees also have the abilitly to bonus throughout the year depending on customer service scores and inventory shrink.
