Good working environment and shifts. Competitive salary and benefits. Great people and teams that create a good environment for employees.

Cons

Pandemic hit the aviation industry very hard. Salary cuts and less business make it hard to work. Management handling of people and work environment could also be better as they try to cut costs which hampers employee work satisfaction.
