Great colleagues and camaraderie. Flight benefits are a definite plus. Everything else is not even remotely great.

Cons

Appalling management, decisions are nontransparent and their quality is questionable to say at least. The company is growing but at the attrition rate is ridiculous, and even people from poorer countries are going back home as they feel exploited and
