      Pros

      Travel benefits are great. Advancement opportunities are there if you are willing to move. Health, 401K benefits are competitive with the market.

      Cons

      Pay is just ok, not great so it would be good if the company were more generous with vacation time for example to make up for what they lack in salaries

      Pros

      Big network. You can move from one country to another if you are flexible n talented. Good benefit of discounted air ticket n hotel.

      Cons

      Very German-centric. Not everyone is comfortable to use English especially some top managements even though there are non-German speaking people among the audience. Difficult to get on top of you don't speak German. Internal process is tedious and slow.
