There was nothing good about it.

Cons

Understaffed. Sometimes I was working 3 positions. Being told not to use the bathrooms because I was the help. Telling minorities not to use a bathroom is racist. Supervisor expected me to work 7 days a week. At times the Lounge was too busy so I couldnt take my break. I always had to help other people with the order. I never asked anybody for help. Its not rocket science.

Pros

Great start for rookies. Get a lot of experience and knowledge fast!! Very exiting at first but long hours take their toll on motivation.

Cons

Pay is well below national average. Not gonna advance quickly!! Company culture is to work the employee to the ground and then replace them with another lower pay employee.

Good colleague, good management, use the same system in the Lufthansa group, free ticket just for Lufthansa flight and good environment

Cons

Try to cut all privileges that supposed to get , low salary , free tickets just fly LH no other Airlines agreement for staff
