      Don't really have complaints working here. As long as your work is good you will be recognised and rewarded.

      Good company overall for people looking for a long-term job

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule, above market salary in most cases, slightly above market benefits, overall culture is conducive for medium-long term career (5-10 years).

      Cons

      The pace here is fast, and sometimes there are tight deadlines depending on your division. It also takes a while to fully get settled into any given role due to somewhat loosely assembled processes and methodologies, but overall it's manageable as long as you have the right people around you. There are also instances when employees with long tenures (10+ years) get laid off.
