MSCI Response

MSCI is focused on creating a culture that enables advancement and development. One way that we do this is by giving preference to internal employees for open jobs at the firm & encourage employees to develop their careers by acquiring new skills and experiences by exploring new opportunities within MSCI. This year 18% of Monterrey employees were promoted & 15 employees have taken a new role so far; this reflects MSCI commitment to support employees growth within the company. On a yearly basis, we revise the local market data regarding compensation and benefits to understand how well our employees total compensation packages are. If needed, we take actions where opportunities of improvement may exist.
