Pros

The work is great and i love interacting with external stakeholders. Learning is immense and helps me see the big picture in sustainability investing.

Cons

Some teams have a bad work culture. I have switched teams in this organisation, and my current team has serious work culture issues. The manager is very insecure and wants to keep his reportees fighting with each other. Does not give any career opportunities. Or growth avenues. I do not have a roadmap of what my career looks like 1 year from now if i stay here.

Pros

MSCI is a great place to work. The people are bright, driven, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's the kind of company where there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and if you take initiative, you can go far. It’s really fast-paced, but that also means there are many ways to make an impact, and achievements always get recognized. The Future of Work framework offers real flexibility, which is becoming increasingly rare among competitors... The benefits in Hungary are strong, and the local community is welcoming and supportive.

Cons

Some teams can feel a bit siloed, focused on their own priorities, which can make cross-team collaboration challenging at times. Base salary is average.
