      Good Work life balance, Generous PTO starting at 4 weeks for entry level, Good work life balance offering hybrid work structure. DE&I is a high priority.

      Cons

      Redundant internal meetings can be intrusive to real productivity. Bureaucratic culture - promotions are sometimes more politically driven than merit based. High expectations of sales staff to meet ambitious sales targets.
