Pros

- WFH+flexible, no small p.nis "you must sit in the office because why not" bosses, 1-2 office days per month is enough - Lot of (up-to-date) technologies, interesting work - Lot of knowledge in the team also in other engineering teams - good work-life balance, 8 hours per day is fine - very good salary + benefits - nice and modern office (if it matters) - free and enough parking places in the office

Cons

- Many incompetent colleagues in operation teams, they are not willing to improve proactively and on their own, all things have to be put in their mouth, they sometimes act like "issue rerouting team" - Lot of technologies are sometimes pain in the .ss. Whenever somebody left the team I had to took over legacy, undocumented technologies - The company sometimes generates ad-hoc tasks/projects that needs a lot of time to spend on and sometimes in the end these tasks/projects are closed after 1-2 weeks so the spent time is wasted - No documentation and no responsibility for crucial technologies, sometimes has to ask 4-5 people until the owner has found

Pros

MSCI Work Culture is Good . Growth as per Industry standard- Would mark growth a bit moderate in terms of Salary and designation. Usually 7-11% Hike per year.and 3year for promotion. Good learning as work pressure is dominating.Good to build career as there is good exposure of SOC and tools Self Skill progress is Moderate. MSCI support Certification /learning etc and also reimburses for the same on showing the reciept. Cafeteria is Good , Hygenic and health food and supplies. Delicious /external food vendor with delicious food and various menu served during festivals etc ,

Cons

There are few cons- Offcourse it depends on individual and team members .VP level team Manager of SOC- arrogant ,egoistic, also have less granular knowledge for security, possibly he is not from Core Info Sec background. Hire and fire can be seen through out organizations . HR Team is not fair enough and does not hear of Staff Employee rather HR works on backdoor instructions as per team manager. As usuall there are peers who are foot lickers of team VP/ Managers so be cautious.

Pros

Great balance between personal and professional life. Trust between management and employees. Trust in remote work and employees delivering. Trust in your ability to self-manage. Results and delivery-driven. Employees are empowered to drive their own progress and career development.

Cons

Very flat structure. Promotions are not accompanied by salary increases. Limited training budget/no support for masters degree scholarship or those kinds of perks. No company car for executive levels.
