Major pro is that you feel like your work has a purpose, since the company puts a big emphasis on sustainability. Otherwise, pros are smart colleagues, great culture, decent work life balance, solid comp, good internal mobility if you want.

Cons

Sometimes research and product development progress a little too slowly. Cross functional work streams can also be a bit choppy / contentious depending on the people involved. Some models need improvement; feedback for changes often ignored.
