      No Job Security!!!

      Only high pay is a benifit

      Cons

      No Work Life balance. Expect to to work till late night and even on weekends. No Job Security. Fire employees for cost cutting in almost every quarter. Not at all employee friendly. Only care about its client. No real developement task. So no learning only mostly prod, application and release support

      Fine place to work if your well into your career.

      Many experienced professionals, who have had established careers across Finance. Can utilize this network of individuals to learn and connect with other

      Not a good place if you are young in your career to learn, better to gain experience and come here further in your career and be able to coast to a degree. Have outsourced the overwhelming majority of the company except client facing professionals and even some of them have started to be hired in Mexico, which isn't the best look to many clients.
