You have to put in work/effort, dedication, and you should be a self-starter and self-motivator. Promotion is earned - you'll be really proud of yourself for making it

Long work hours, constant reorganization, trainings especially for in demand skills are not provided even if your role requires it (sometimes a slot is available but you'll be surprised it is given to someone who does not even use it and need it in the near term - please learn how to prioritize), short-staffed
