Our ratings on Glassdoor tell us our Comp and Benefits and Work Life Balance is highly valued by MSCI employees and we are glad you agree. We would not say that we have a “laid back atmosphere.” Our rapid success over the years does not allow for that. Additionally, as you know MSCI is very global with offices in 33 locations. Across all our locations we hire the best possible people capable of contributing directly to the mainstream of MSCI’s strategy. That has always been a top priority.
