As you know we hired a new world class Chief Technology Officer from Microsoft. We are excited to have a new leader of his quality to help us become the cutting edge technology company we aspire to be! MSCI is a fact based company and it is important we give you the data related to your job security comment. In a workforce of over 900 people we have only laid off 9 people in Mumbai over the past two years( less than 1% annually.) This is exceptionally low in any organization. we like hearing from current or past employees with positive or not so positive comments. That is how we learn and improve!
