      Great Colleagues, Poor Management

      The people I worked with were the highlight of my time at MSCI. My colleagues were supportive, talented, and collaborative. I built strong friendships and genuinely enjoyed the team environment on a day-to-day basis.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, management was the opposite experience. In my view, they lacked leadership skills, provided little guidance, and often made decisions that hurt both morale and productivity. I personally feel that their poor management ultimately cost me my role at the company.
