good pay, good work life balance. Although projects are there where the work life balance is not as good as rest of the projects.

Cons

they had the same code base as Morgan Stanley. They are moving to advanced tech, but still the design phases are not structured

Labeling culture. Mental harassment and bullying in the name of work pressure and responsibilities. Too many managers with just opinion on people and majority do not have even top-level knowledge of the work done by the team.
