Pros

Earlier great product. Earlier great teams.

Cons

Chaotic design, Aging Data. Company basically shops for other parcel companies to buy and outsource most jobs.. Then rides those combined earnings while trying for challenged fits to older, decayed structure. Really political. Terrible long term office management. Clashing cultures. Office management historically incompetent. Paranoid. Just likes to complain and party. And single out talented individuals who demonstrate greater popularity. Or basic competence. Managers with school affiliations ridiculously protected. Hugely dysfunctional. Some of the crazy unqualified managers have actually removed themselves. But it's a horrible place.

Pros

1. Great Pay 2. Competitive benefits 3. Free culture - can walk up to any senior management person without hesitancy 4. Decent budgets provided for team-activities every year 5. Cool Office interior

Cons

1. Work/Life Balance is a challenge for some roles 2. Implicit hierarchy even within same position titles 3. Career growth not possible within same team, as employees are treated as resource. No structured training apart from soft-skills training available. 4. Model of Implementers and Managers is followed across the board. This leads to gap in terms of setting timelines for projects etc. Lack of transparency. 5. Majority of Managers are based out of developed countries [e.g. US], while most of implementers are based out of developing countries [e.g. India], leading to delay in decision making process due to time-zone differences. 6. Peers seem to be rather incompetent as compared to other workplaces.
