      They offer great onboarding training, which helps you understand the role and tools quickly. You also get to learn a lot from the actual work, making it a good place to grow your skills through hands-on experience.

      Cons

      The work is interesting and meaningful. However, collaboration can be a challenge. People are not always approachable, which makes it harder to grow and learn.
