      Pros

      Good and competent management in general. Good work-life balance. Good communications throughout the company. Pressure not as high as some of its peers. Fun enviroment and in general a relaxed place to work. Low employee turnover

      Cons

      Lack of leadership to produce the necessary change to grow at double digit figures. The business has been sold to MSCI which can introduce a whole new culture.

      Fairness and kindness atmosphere as well as open working space. People here respect each other no matter they are senior or entry level.

      Cons

      Pay is not as good as the others. Need more execution and entrepreneurship sometimes. More trainning is needed for juniors.
