      Pros

      Salary, Not much work pressure Good for people intrested in monotonous work without applying logic

      Cons

      Indian Managers do not write code but just do excel work and show their teams works as their own,lack competence at time, Hire and fire policy ,hire 1 fire 3 policy. too many people waiting at senior associate level to become a VP.

      Pros

      There are not a whole lot ... Well, decent work/life balance, however, that depends on which team you're on. 20 days of paid vacation was nice ... and the perks pretty much end there.

      Cons

      Top-heavy for sure. Relentless cost cutting is definitely taking a toll on the current staff. Just because you can hire five warm bodies in EMC with the same salary for one in DMC, it does not mean those five can perform up to par. Promotions hardly depend on merit. If you're mediocre (or even a slacker), you may still get to become an officer if you are patient and play your cards right. This was not hypothetical. It actually happened during my time with the company.
