Pros
MSCI Inc is a great company to work but experience varies from team to team. I got an opportunity to work in ESG department which is one of the highest growing department in every aspect. 1. Nice thing about MSCI is it reviews compensation annually so if yours in below industry standard then they can increase it in mid-year review. 2. Annual review is as per the industry standard and may be a bit higher. 3. Mangers are supportive and give importance to personal development too.
Cons
Risk of job as with all US based company. Position is not related to compensation so it may be possible that a junior can have higher compensation than yours.
