Thank you for taking the time to write your review, we are thrilled to see someone with such tenure at MSCI comment, and to share your view re the people who work here, and quality of work we do. We are proud of both and its terrific to see you reflect it. As you know, at MSCI encouraged colleagues to own their own career development and encourages everyone to explore opportunities for internal career growth. Moving internally within the firm-whether it is to a different function, business, or both, or another geographic location-is a way to advance your career. When MSCI has an open role to fill, we look first at the talented people we already have within the firm. We aim to move people into new roles that are the right fit for their skills, experiences and ambitions while also supporting the firm’s goals. We are also mindful that we do have periods of time where our working patterns, or deadlines, or peaks of work activity can be tough, and we appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making MSCI successful. We are fully supportive of our employees and are keen to promote a healthy balance between work and non work - we try to be respectful of people's time and importance of families and friends. We encourage anyone who feels they are not getting the support they need, or if they are finding their stress levels to be unmanageable to speak up - either to their manager, or a colleague, or to their local HR representative.
