      A good place to stay for a short term

      Pros

      Salary is good. Work environment is positive. Plant expansion is present. Very flexible organización.

      Cons

      A lot of turn over. People with low or none qualifications on managerial positions. Facilites are developing. Roles are not clear or not defined. Some positions are duplicated.
