      You get exposed to a lot of tasks/areas of knowledge.

      Lean staff, resulting in unrealistic work load. Limited growth and mobility.

      Pros

      Not alot of opportunity for advancement, unless you are well connected at the top in Canada.

      Cons

      Performance reviews are late, and always on the negative side. Too much negative influence from Canada, and dismissal of good Donnelly employees for bottom line driven corporate people. Open door policy from top management does not exist.
