Pros

I enjoyed the hotel benefits, PTO policy, and schedule flexibility in my position.

Cons

Lay offs every year since covid Cost of living increases are low and when they reevaluate pay to increase the starting wage it only effects new hires and entry level positions. AI Usage Lack of advancement opportunities in the CECs

Pros

High pay for job with flexibility when groups aren't in house. Hybrid schedule was finally accepted for Event Managers. Transparency from leadership was great at the Boston property. Company takes employee satisfaction seriously & celebrates big during Employee Appreciation week

Cons

Experience is very dependent upon the General Manager and property specific. Do research on that specific brand / hotel. Franchise experience is very different.
